What is biochemistry?
The study of molecular interactions necessary for life, particularly processes relating to protein, DNA, and RNA. If that's not enough, go here.

Where is the club located?
A group of undergraduate students biochemistry majors and any other major, meet bi-weekly on Wednesdays in Room 768 of the Biological Sciences Building.

What does Biochemistry Club do?
1. Hold meetings and discuss science and biochemistry
2. Answer questions about your educational future
3. Arrange study groups for classes

4. Chow down at social events

5. Take field trips to off-campus sites for informative and fun experiences.

Class Assistance:

We can arrange study tables for any course with significant interest, particularly general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry courses. But of courses others also. Post on our Facebook page (Under Contact tab) which class you seek help from!

Are there dues?

Dues will be $10 for the academic year, being applied towards social events and trips. Tshirt costs are variable and when we find the design and supplier, that money will be collected at that time.

We need more 1st and 2nd year students. It’s ok if you don’t know anything about biochemistry. We generally do not discuss things that require the upper level courses to understand.
